How do I choose the right level?
Start with Play Group for first learning activities, Kindergarten for structured skill-building, and Prep for children preparing for their next classroom stage. Each collection page shows every title included at that level.
Can I see inside a book before ordering?
Yes. Product pages include the cover and a gallery of sample pages so you can review the teaching style and activity level.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout remains available. Creating an account makes repeat orders faster and lets you view previous orders and saved addresses.
How does the school discount work?
Choose School when registering and provide the institution details. After the store administrator approves the application, the signed-in school account receives 25% off book prices automatically.
How much is delivery?
For orders of 1–9 books, delivery is free when the merchandise total is Rs. 2,000 or more; otherwise a flat Rs. 250 fee applies. For 10+ books, delivery is quoted using the packed weight and actual Leopards courier freight charge.
How can I pay?
Orders of 1–9 books may be paid by Raast or Cash on Delivery. Delivered orders of 10+ books must be prepaid by Raast after the Leopards freight quote is confirmed. Urdu Bazar pickup orders may be paid by Raast or cash at pickup.
What if a book arrives damaged or incorrect?
Keep the packaging, take clear photographs and contact the store promptly with your order number. Approved returns are handled under the published Refund and Returns Policy.
